Join us in a celebration of World Oceans Day. Celebrated on June 8th, World Oceans Day helps make people more aware of our connections to and the importance of the world’s oceans in our daily lives.
Our theme for this year’s art contest is “Oceans of Life”- a celebration of the great diversity of life found in the world’s oceans. Contest entries should depict the great wealth of life forms that inhabit our oceans.

Contest Overview
- For kids aged 5 to 13 only
- Artwork must be hand-drawn by the child on standard 8.5" x 11" paper
- All entries must be received by June 30, 2010
- One first prize and one second prize winner per age group (5 to 7; 8 to 10; and 11 to 13)
- Contest entries can be submitted in store, by mail, online or via Facebook
